Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Cowgirl Couture Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
Items purchased at a discount of 20% and more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: Preorders, accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, pjs, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. All Flash Sales, $22 Tuesday items and sale thread Items are Final Sale.
If you return a final sale item, it will be marked as return to sender. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Unworn and Unwashed. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
PREORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND unless DAMAGED. We are not in control of shipping delays and will NOT issue a refund on a preordered item due to that. By purchasing a preorder you agree to this. If you receive your order and there are damages you must provide pictures of all damage within TWO days.
Each item is photographed to it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.

Cancellations:
Once you place an order it can not be cancelled for a refund. If the order has not shipped, we can ONLY issue a store credit. If the order has shipped, then it will have to be mailed back for a store credit.
Returning a Sezzle Order?
An order made with Sezzle can be returned according to our return policy, and you will be issued store credit. Please note your personal agreement with Sezzle will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments and/or late fees.
EXCHANGES
•If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color, you must return your unwanted item(s) back to us. Same rules as above, the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
•Original shipping costs are non-refundable (if Paid).
•After we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the purchase price of the item(s) MINUS what it will cost us to ship the exchange for. This is calculated based on what the shipping label cost us on your original purchase.
Once you have your store credit you may then place another order for the desired size or color IF available. We unfortunately cannot hold items you plan on exchanging with. It will need to be available at the time you plan on using your credit.
Lost/stolen packages
•We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Tracking information is sent via email when an order has been processed. If you notify us your item is missing we will try our very best to help locate the item. If an item is unable to be located and is considered lost we will then file a claim or issue store credit. We are a small business and lost/stolen packages are completely out of our hands.
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our reshipment along with providing an updated address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available and the rate will be calculated and added at checkout. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties you may owe.
Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 5 business days and is NOT a PREORDER ITEM as this only delays us processing orders.
PREORDERS -
PRE-ORDERS are ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the nature of them store credit is the only eligible option for them despite any circumstance. These items are ordered custom for each customer therefore we cannot refund.
When in stock items are ordered with preorder items the order will not ship until the preorder has arrived. As a small business we cannot afford to eat the costs in shipping twice on one order. Please do not combine orders if you are unable to wait.
