1. How do I get a return label?

2. Why does my total on the return portal not match what I paid for the item(s)?
Our return portal is automated, so it will not factor in any store credit that you used! You will get the amount you paid for the item back in store credit! The portal is just a way for you to get a cheap label!
3. Do you give refunds?
We issue store credit only UNLESS an item arrives damaged not caused by USPS.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
If your size is available we are more than happy to exchange an item for you. if not, we will offer store credit for you to purchase on your own time!
5. What if I receive a damaged item?
- Please email us at shopcowgirlcoutureboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage within two days of receipt of your order.
6. Can I return a sale item?
1. We do not accept returns on any sale items OR preorders. they are marked as final sale.
